PVC leather and PU leather have different structural qualities. PVC leather, also referred to as vinyl, is made up of a fabric leather backing, a foam layer, a skin layer, and a surface furniture covering made of plastic.
PVC is more robust and durable because it has additional layers underneath its exterior covering.
PVC has more layers than PU leather, and it doesn’t have pores, making it more durable.
PVC leather is therefore primarily used for shoes and upholstery. The product life could be extended by using PVC leather.
